The Source of the Real Anatolian Taste

We are revealing the real Anatolian taste to the world with approximately 1000 nurturing cows and 700 calves in the fertile lands of Amasya, to whom Yeşilırmak give life with its fresh water, on the skirts of Mount Harşena. We continue our production meticulously and discretly at our Elmaköy Farm, built on 2.500 decares of land which has a 15.000m2 indoor nurturing barn, milking parlor, delivery room, medical room and offspring barn with our 92 staff member since 2010.
